Delivery FAQs

For same-day delivery within Dublin (Zone 1), orders must be placed by 12:00 noon Monday to Friday. For Leinster (Zone 2), the cutoff is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after these times will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

We currently deliver Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Weekend and public holiday deliveries may be available for pre-scheduled orders during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas). Please contact us in advance to arrange a special delivery date.

Our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbour or in a safe, sheltered location if specified in the delivery notes. If this is not possible, a calling card will be left and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. A re-delivery fee of €5.99 may apply.

Yes, minimum order values vary by zone: €25 for Dublin, €35 for Leinster and €50 for nationwide delivery. Orders of €80 or more within Dublin qualify for free delivery. These minimums help us maintain the quality and freshness of every arrangement.

Yes! Our Scheduled Delivery service allows you to select a preferred date and a morning (09:00–13:00) or afternoon (13:00–18:00) time slot, with at least 48 hours' notice. A scheduling fee of €9.99 applies. This is ideal for birthdays, anniversaries or corporate events.

During checkout, you will find a dedicated message field where you can write a personal note of up to 150 characters. This message is printed on a premium gift card and included with your arrangement at no extra charge. For longer messages or customised card designs, please contact us directly.
